When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and prepared for delivery within 2 business days of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is prepared and shipped.

What is your refund & return policy?

Orders may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The packing slip in your order contains the instructions for returns. A receipt must be supplied when shipping an order for exchange or refund.

Do products come with a guarantee?

We do offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within the first 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked.

How do I track my order?

Your email receipt includes a tracking link from our shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.
