We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.
Returns must meet the following conditions: your items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the courier service you choose.If the received item is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer is not required to pay any shipping fees.
To initiate a return, you may contact us via rekissastyle.com. Please note that returned items must be sent to the following address: Room 1601, Unit 1, Building 12, Sijijinhui, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items sent back without a prior return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers
Notwithstanding the above policy, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the item within 14 days for any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
