Deposit & Refund Policy
Applicable to orders shipped to the Middle East region only.
1. Deposit Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order. The deposit amount is as follows:
- Products priced $139–$189: $59 deposit
- Products priced $219–$289: $99 deposit
The above amounts of $59 and $99 shall be regarded as non-refundable deposits regardless of whether the order is paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) or full advance payment.
By completing your deposit payment, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellations, change of mind, or failure to pay the remaining balance / complete full payment.
2. Balance / Remaining Payment
- For COD orders: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your order. Our delivery team will collect the balance at the time of handover.
- For fully paid orders: The remaining amount must be settled in full at the time of ordering.
3. Returns & Refunds
Quality Issues
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, you are eligible for a free return and a full refund (including the balance paid or full amount paid). Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to our customer service team.
Non-Quality Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a quality issue (e.g., change of mind, size, or color preference), the following conditions apply:
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- The portion of the payment excluding the deposit will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
- The deposit ($59 or $99) is non-refundable
